Worth watching. The truth never hurts unless you are burying your head in the sand. Romneycare is bad and it wasn't done to lower costs it was done to insure people through a mandate. Romney wanted it to go national until he got blow back. He then had to come up with the BS about states rights to do what they want on a state level and the 10th amendment. He also is now defending it as being a conservative approach to insure every person and make them responsible for paying for insurance. Romney wanted the republican alternative to Obamacare in congress by Wyden/Bennett. He then endorsed Bob Bennett's 2010 run and the tea party helped defeat him. Romney wanted a comprehensive plan with bi-partisan support. Only difference between Romneycare and Obamacare is the getting out of the insurance business. Meaning that Romney let insurance companies insure people while Obamacare makes the government run the insurance. But even Bob Bennett's plan which was a little different than Obama's was attacked by the Club For Growth and opposed by true conservatives. View the video.

Does this montage end with Romney promising to overturn Obamacare?

....uh...no....just the standard assault, pretending he hasn’t established his current position on the subject.

Romney wanted a comprehensive plan with bi-partisan support.

IF Romney wins, two years into his term, chances are about 99.99 percent that:

a) People would be so sick of the term "bi-partisan" that they'd be on the verge of puking everytime they heard it, and they'd be hearing it a lot as Democrats and moderate Republicans in Congress joined President Romney in promoting the FIVE key liberal agenda items (on-demand abortion, the gay agenda, activist liberal judges, nationalized health care, and cap-and-trade global warming regulation). Conservative Republicans in Congress, the only ones to oppose those agendas, would be told by their moderate Republican colleagues and Romney's administration to either get into the "bi-partisan" spirit of it all, or to sit down and shut up.

b) Obama would be totally forgotten, the dust of history, and the desperate, panic-stricken conservatives who voted FOR Romney out of ABO hysteria, would realize that what they vote AGAINST means zero -- that the only thing that matters is what they vote FOR.

That's why if it comes down to O v R in the presidential, I'm voting FOR making whichever anti-conservative wins, Obama or Romney, as weak, vulnerable, and embattled as possible. I'll be voting FOR giving the next anti-conservative president such a miserable plurality "win" that when all the votes are counted, he'll go into office with 60% or more of Americans on record as REJECTING him for the loser he is, Obama OR Romney, and from day one of his term, he'll be on defense and politically vulnerable -- the smaller the plurality, the bigger his vulnerability.

Voting "against" is illusion. The only thing that matters is what you vote FOR.

Hmmm .... Do I want to vote for Obama-Care, Romney-Care, or Goode-Care? Of the three ... there is really only one that I can vote *for*. And it isn't the ones adopted by Obama or Romney, because ... I am not a liberal. I'm voting for Goode instead of evil. Virgil Goode on the Issues
