The only “deal” that’s ever going to be offered is whether or not the United States of America decides if the extradition request from Mexico for you will be honored or not.
So basically your choices are to comply fully and completely with the lawfully constituted Congressional subpoena or be extradited to Mexico to face multiple charges of Conspiracy and Murder.
The choice is yours Mr. Attorney General.
