Boy, that really sums it up. Those were the days when grace, dignity, and class represented our country and echoed in the halls of the White House and across the land. Reagan was truly a man who wanted to and felt honored to serve his country. Rather than the Occupier we have in there now who wants to be served. Reagan was a man of self-confidence, self-discipline, high principles and humility. Rather than the ever-searching for his own identity, lost in space, needing constant adoration, falsely proud, and without scruples Obama.
In essence, Reagan was an honorable man who you would trust with your checkbook, or to take care of your family, or your life. Obama is like the sneaky teen hoodlum on the corner with his wisecracking, easy lies, and bullying ridicule from whom you run and lock your doors.

WOW... What you said!!!
Ronald Reagan loved America and honored and respected her people, traditions, law, and spirit. Who can forget his funeral, with the masses of thankful Americans insisting upon paying their respects and wanting to personally say "Goodbye".
Obama is the Destroyer. He has great wrath, because he knows that he has but a short time.
Well, most people run... some, stand their ground, call the police, and then watch the guy till they get there.
Agree 110% with everything *else* you said. ;-)
Boy, that really sums it up.
Yes.. As I've thought more about it, that is probably the most insightful thought I've had all year. Didn't you? Didn't we ALL realize back in the 80's what a truly GREAT President Ronald Reagan was? I know I did.
I was just a college kid in 1980. We all were SO EXCITED to have this new leader, so full of optimism. The economy was terrible then, in Texas... but, I didn't care. I had the confidence needed to get married, buy a house, start a family.. When I lost my job, I found a new one... twice. Once, halfway across the country.
What I TRULY failed to appreciate was, just how long it would be before we got another leader like Reagan. We still haven't, and I don't see one on the horizon. Oh, there are some who have parts of Reagan. I think W is an honest, decent man... but he lacked RR's political and communication skills.
Maybe.. some of the young bucks on the rise have the gumption. I sure hope so...because the job before them is just a tough as what Reagan faced.... maybe, tougher.
