In my opinion, there is little chance of it being 8-1, either way. Scalia and Thomas know the Constitution and won't affirm it; Sotomayer and Kagan were practically taking over from Obama's attorney in advocating for the case and won't overturn it. Pretty sure Ginsberg goes with them Kagan and Sotomayer.

It could be a very insteresting male vs female split decision. Logic vs. emotion.

Ginsberg is stuck on stupid. The newbies, Soto and Kaga, have no need for allegiance to Obama or the party. (That’s why it’s a lifetime job”....It’s never threatened!!
