Why is it so hard to find actual returns? Because the WI Sec of State's office doesn't provide real time election results, but states that AP provides them. Apparently AP doesn't want to report it. Annoying speech from the losing Lt Gov RAT candidate. Crowd now waiting for the Gov Scott Walker Victory speech.
