Hey, work with me. It took the Celtics to keep it from being a total weekend sports disaster. Samford lost, Tiger won. Thank goodness for the Ghost of Red...

I hope he didn’t open with “The Bitch is Back.”
That’s the Hillary Clinton song, anyway.

Yes, the next assignment for a Republican staff should be to show the underlying numbers, where the actual rise/run of the unemployment percentage compares on the graph of the declining Labor Force Participation Rates.

Same web site as graph;
http://rsc.jordan.house.gov/News/DocumentSingle.aspx?DocumentID=280695
The above chart shows the labor force participation rate. This statistic represents the share of working-age Americans who are either employed or unemployed but looking for work. It is not a pretty picture. Only 63.7% of working-age Americans are currently in the workforce the lowest in almost 29 years!
To put it another way, 36.3% of working-age Americans do not have a job and are not even looking.

As to the murder rate, Rush, don’t you remember that Jessica Fletcher encountered a murder everywhere she went? The murder rate in Cabot Cove, Maine was through the roof!

Jessica Fletcher, Jim Cantore. People who you never want(ed) to see coming. Of course you would never have accepted a ride from Teddy Kennedy, either.

Fortunately, Starsky and Hutch was once available and I thought I was too hip to watch that one. I’ll probably enjoy the reruns as I reach that age...

And then they can let loose the interns on digging up financial data over the past decades to see which Lobbying Firms/Industries/States have benefited the most from Congressional Legislation/Executive Negotiations.

Yeah Rush is reading the Gallup survey that only 2% of the population are Sodomites!
About time.

Meanwhile the MSM is pushing 8% unemployment as the “new normal”. Idiots.

Great stuff son an even bigger sin is not counting that 36% in the unemployment stats to get a truer picture of what is really going on.—Basically, 1 of 6 Americans without a job.
