This is a country that was founded on personal Liberty and Freedom. The Constitution was designed as a “No, Government, You CAN’T!” document.

Today, there are so many nosy busy-body, ‘there’s-got-to-be-a-law-against-that’ mentality types, that they have decided to make it THEIR business, what YOU and I CAN’T do!

The Mayor of New York City forgets that he is elected to REPRESENT, not LORD OVER the population of the city, just as Obama thinks he can LORD OVER America.

If I, a military veteran, walks along the sidewalk to one of my favored stops, and hears such nonsense, there might be cause for, in today’s world, to grab their smartphone.

We, the People, have become silent too long, on ANYBODY, at any level, who wishes to LORD OVER those within their sphere of control!

I say NO!

Maybe I am Old but we have mandatory PE in School. Now they claim its bullying or why play to keep score or time when running a race.

Lets let kids spend all their time on computers and other indoor games.

Doomburg’s edict is against the princilples of freedom.

Sugar is definatley not one of the better or essential foods, although very enticing. Educating the sugar abusing public would be more “American” than his edict.

I still see Darwin as more revelent here. Dogs that chase cars soon are out of our hair. At some point this obesity problem will resolve itself.
