I would stress caution, extreme caution regarding belief in part or in whole this document. While well written and grammatically correct for the most part, it still reads like science fiction.
When stationed in Panama 74-76 I,and a few trusted others,
were led through the jungle to an abandoned warehouse -inside of which were crates of the State Dept. document 7277.
It was one of a few thing I still had when I quit knocking about after I was honorably discharged. I gave it to a Marine —and it has since been lost to me. While stationed at Ft.Carson I found a book titled Victory Denied ...why your son faces death in “No win wars” by Major Arch E.Roberts Committee to restore the Constitution Howes at Oak Ft.Collins CO.1966 That committee and Major Roberts are still active.State Dept. Doc.7277 is a good part of the paperback.IMO The document produced for JFK to present to the United Nations —has proven a political liability—No one wishes to discuss it. IMO the document spawned the very acts/laws discussed by Major Roberts.It has long become
inculcated into our system of Government -bringing about many of the changes in foreign policy even national policy
as we are no longer one nation under God—but a beast of burden sold to the United Nations.The original document need no longer be discussed-but current policy tracks back to it.
