I would stress caution, extreme caution regarding belief in part or in whole this document. While well written and grammatically correct for the most part, it still reads like science fiction.
Yesterdays conspiracies are todays reality. As wild as it is can you chalk this one up to fiction? They need a catalyst an event to bring in the NWO. Sounds like thier setting up for this event.
