Let's say SCOTUS overturns 0bamacare. 0bama then lays low until AFTER the election then if re-elected he proceeds to implement it anyway. You expect his contempt for SCOTUS or Congress to suddenly change? He's not enforcing federal law (DOMA) and is suing states for their Voter ID laws knowing that the SCOTUS has already upheld Voter ID.

Even if SCOTUS overturns Obamacare we must NOT assume 0bama and his Demon-cRATS will abide by their ruling. In order for 0bamacare to go, 0bama must go!

They are already implementing obamacare with their media keeping it very quiet. Given baraq’s complete lack of respect for the law, they will just keep on moving on even if the court strikes it all down.
baraq and his gang act above the law and no one so far has stepped in to force him to obey any laws.
