With all of the attention surrounding Brett Kimberlin, I attended Tuesdays hearing in his peace order vs. Aaron Walker in the District Court of Maryland for Montgomery County. In the end, the judge granted Kimberlins peace order, and Walker ended up leaving in handcuffs.
This was the second peace order that Kimberlin has filed against Walker, demanding that Walker cease any contact with Kimberlin. In it, Kimberlin claims that Walker has continually harassed him with alarming posts, tweets, alerts that arrive in my email box, which I consider threats to me personally and to my business. Kimberlin came to court with pages upon pages of threatening emails and tweets that he claimed had resulted from Walkers blog posts about him. None of them, though, were sent by Walker.
While talking with Kimberlin and his associate Neal Rauhauser, a woman who was a victims assistant for Kimberlin came out of the courtroom and said that Walker had been led away in handcuffs.

But, according to Vaugheys reasoning, I would be at fault. If thats indeed the case, well, you can probably figure out that the First Amendment has just been gutted.

It appears from the article, that Walker is acting as his own attorney. This means he has an incompetent lawyer and his lawyer has an idiot for a client.
Where is Eric Holder? Shouldn't he be onto this pronto?
Oh yeah, Holder is too busy dodging Congressional subpoena, and sic IRS on black church leadership.
DO NOT go in to a Peace Order hearing in Maryland (especially Montgomery County) without a lawyer!!!
Those guys can put out public hit contracts and get away with it!
Anybody with an interest in how the legal system has the potential for enabling those who might abuse it would be fascinated (or appalled) by the details of this case.
Walker was released OR last night.
This thing has me upset. Between this and the kill lists, I am thinking of Stalin and his fascination with picking out people to send to Siberia—going over each list personally. That, and of the Soviet poets who smuggled their writings out of the USSR in the 1960s.
This is the stuff of the National Socialists. Some people are probably going to take to attics really soon.
