Not all but a lot of pot heads and dopers that started at a young age never seem to develop a rational thought process.
Their thought process is based on life experiences that come from drug induced fantasies.
Amazingly, I was a major pothead and doper until I was 27, at which point I met Christ and by God’s grace did a complete 180. I’m thankful for the intellect I still have. You are correct though. Liberals remind me of stoners. They like to sit around and opine with no sense of reality and responsibility for their actions.
