Another story said “bath salts”, which is another name for a new hallucinogenic drug, also known an “potpourri”. They made it illegal in KS and jailed some guy retroactively for selling it when it was legal.

Interesting! When I was living in a rough urban area some time ago there was some guy screaming his head off in the middle of the street - going absolutely bonkers - and snorting some blue crystals that looked like blue fish aquarium pebbles... Or bath salts. I stayed WELL away and the cops soon arrived. Maybe that was the stuff?
