I think you are spot on with this analysis. I do however think there was subsequent activity on his birth documents. I currently favor the theory that his attorneys went to a Hawaiian judge and got the judge to order DOH Hawaii to produce him a new birth documents. The legal justification may have been an annulment of his Grandmother’s adoption, or perhaps some other legal reasoning, but the defacto result appears to be that Hawaii created him a birth document which was designed to look like a 1961 original. I think they created this document subsequent to the election.
As I have said before there are very many dots of information surrounding Obama’s make-believe history. Some of it ,probably much of it, comes out of the Chicago Alinsky cabal. Some of it comes from the money of Soros and his internationalists who want to see the the USA down the tubes. However, The big part of the picture is in Kenya where the government shut down all official records as to Obama’s birth after getting ready for a huge celebration to honor the new POTUSA. For me what is very interesting is the vacation trip Rahlm Immanuel took to Africa about that time with a side trip to Kenya. It was soon after that two relief ships were on the way to Kenya. One was hijacked but was freed by USA Seals. There are more dots located in Africa that will make Obama’s presidency a pitiful farce. Many USA residents could care less.

You are exactly right. I have a friend whose legal name is Ann. Shortly after I first met her [as a freshman in college] she became ‘Anne’. After a yr or so she morphed into ‘Anna’. She remained ‘Anna’ for several years, and then all at once reverted to ‘Ann’. Go figure.
My HS friend ‘Carol’ did exactly the same thing. First she went w alternative spellings, then she tried to get people to call her by her middle name, Sue. Eventually she reverted to ‘Carol’.
I did it too. I endured the name on my BC, which I hated, all the way through my second yr of HS. Then I took early admission to college and realized I could shed that wretched name. Now I go by a variation of it that I really love. Unlike my friends, I never looked back. I haven’t changed the name on my Driver’s License [though I tried], but everywhere else my altered name prevails. :)

That a girl would get rid of a hated name seems so obvious to me, I simply do not understand why some people want to make it into something “mysterious.”
There is only one definition in the Constitution of which I am aware. Other terms of art such as "Freedom of Speech, "We the people", "Right to bear arms", and "ex post facto" are not defined either. It was understood from the usage of the time what were the correct meanings of such terms.

I remember it saying differently previously. I have a suspicion it was because someone here at Free Republic posted what it originally said is why it was changed. Obama can order the Federal Governmental employees to do pretty much whatever he tells them.

No girl wants to be saddled w a name that is going to rain ridicule and bullying down on them. In SAD’s case, at least she had a good middle name to use. [My middle name is worse than my original first name—ack!] Like you, I can't see the big deal about her going by her middle name, or even variations of it. Seems only natural to me.

Individual speculation based on “what if” and “I wouldn’t do it” are worthless. Evidence is what is desired, and there is no evidence that SAD used the name Ann, Anna, or Anne, other than the one article you posted written right after the election which is just as worthless as the teachers’ “recollection” of the delivery doctor; which was quickly proven to be utterly false. I’m really starting to wonder about your motives for obstinately clinging to airy fairy speculation.
IMHO there are people who want parts of the myth to be true not just because they don’t want go out into the (to them) unknown, or admit they were wrong, but because parts of the myth support certain agendas. Such as “well, at least his mother/and/or/father were American” or “he didn’t know he was born in Kenya” or “he was born in Kenya but his [sic] mother and father weren’t married so he had US citizenship” and on and on.
For some, clinging to myths is more than psychological, it’s agenda driven. Am I pointing fingers or naming names? No, I do not Know All. If shoes fit, people can wear them, that’s all.

Yes, that’s another good point. I had forgotten about that. Barry sure seems to have a lot of trouble remembering how old he is and when he was born and what day it is. Probably because he stays stoned and/or drunk from all the White House parties he keeps having. (Something like 3 per week?)
Being under the influence doesn’t make people forget their birthdays. It might cause people to mix up lies, though. He has two birthdays, the real one and the fake one.

The article I quoted was from an interview with Stanley Ann's Aunt Virginia Goeldner. This is not a case of some "nobody" saying that so and so was the delivery doctor. This is a woman with first hand knowledge of the events in question, and a direct family member. (Stanley's Sister.) Many of the pictures we've seen regarding the Obama family appear to have come directly from her.
If there *IS* any problem with the article, it is the result of the reporter (Bill Lawson) quoting or reporting something incorrectly. (Such as Barry's mother having died, which he admitted was a mistake.)
Apart from that, a woman choosing to call herself "Ann" or "Anna" is a completely understandable preference over being called "Stanley", so this aspect of the article has the "ring of truth" about it.

My motives are to look at things with a rational eye and see what is most likely to be the truth. That a girl named "Stanley" would prefer to be called "Stanley" does not strike me as true.
