Fred, I just don't think you get this. No girl is going to go around calling herself "Stanley" or "Stanley Ann." Any girl in such a situation will call herself "Ann." This is so obvious I can't understand why you get hung up on it.

I really wish you would get off this name thing. In my opinion it is just silly and not worth the time which is spent discussing it. No girl would want to be called "Stanley."
So the article you refer to was written a few days after the election. Second, who is Bill Lawson, who wrote the article? What are his politics? And is there any other verification that SAD was known as “Ann”? This is the very first reference to her use of that name I have ever seen.
There have been countless “news” articles that were entirely fiction, especially around that time; like the fake article about the teacher’s “memories” about the doctor who supposedly delivered Zero - but with a bit of research, it was found that the doctor (who had conveniently died recently) had stopped delivering babies some years before he supposedly delivered baby Zero.
So your “proof” is not proof at all.
Since there is not a scrap, shred or iota of evidence that SAD was in HI at that time, upon what do you base this assertion? “Dreams”?
The only problem with this theory is whether or not a treaty can trump a constitutional amendment. Somehow I doubt that a treaty can be held to be valid if it transgresses an actual requirement of the U.S. Constitution. It may apply in England, but in the United States, American Law applies.
A treaty cannot abrogate a constitutional right, and if someone is born in the United States while their parents are here legally (In one interpretation.) then according to the 14th amendment, they are American citizens. Not natural born citizens, mind you, but citizens under the provisions of the 14th amendment.
The British Nationality act only holds force if someone chooses to claim British subjecthood. I doubt it can be used to force British subjecthood upon them.
Only an individual, having come to an age of maturity, can elect to relinquish his American citizenship. It cannot be done for him, and he cannot do it when he is underage.
During this time period, Obama was a triple citizen. Kenyan, Indonesian, and American, but only if he was actually born on American Soil. If he was born on foreign soil, his mother was too young to confer American citizenship upon him. In that case, (a circumstance which I strongly suspect is true) He is NOT an American citizen.) He is a Kenyan Indonesian. (And perhaps Canadian. :) )
In the letter he received from his Father, Hussein Onyango Obama was furious that his son was fooling around with a White Woman. He did not want his Luo blood sullied with that of an inferior White Woman. If you think he paid to fly her to Kenya, you are dreaming.
I have seen the letter from the U of W Registrars stating that Stanley Ann Obama was enrolled the Fall of 1961.
This only proves that she was there. It says nothing as to how she got there.
As far as the airline restrictions for newborns, baby Obama was about two weeks old when he flew to Vancouver BC. That was well past the restriction limit.
What makes you think that was past the restriction limit? I don't see how a two week old baby's eardrums are significantly less subject to bursting than a two day old baby's eardrums. My current belief is that Stanley Ann was already in North West Washington when she had the baby. She arrived at Susan Blake's house without knowing how to change a diaper. How can you go for two weeks without knowing how to change a diaper? At the least she would have had to do it before during or after the Air Flight.
I don't either. Some people have interpreted Reporter Bill Lawson's mistakes as proof that there must be an entirely new woman. (Bill said Barry's mother had died when he was a child. Bill Lawson admitted in an E-mail to me (shared with Fred Nerks) that he had made a mistake on that one.)

I wanted to see the ACTUAL words written by FMD. Parts of his book have been uploaded online..including the 13 year old story and the vistor from Seattle.
I bought one of his books. ("Livin' the blues", not "Sex Rebel".) He was a very good writer, and much that is in it has confirmed what Jack Cashill wrote about him. It does explicitly mention that he enjoyed taking nude photos of women, and he boasted that it was surprisingly easy to get them to pose nude.
I wish the facts and records of what happened were in the open to better address the question of citizenship status and possible naturalization status between 1965 and 1972.
I remember an reference that even if child fully and legally ‘lost’ citizenship due to parents changing citizenship or the Hague convention standards they had the right to ‘regain’ citizenship and naturalize.
Given the all the parties were in the US in 1971 and not in Indonesia or Kenya it would seem all the steps were done from within the US. Also assuming the end game was to have Obama be a US citizen with guardianship under his grandparents with very clear, documented records and paper trail it would seem the US State Department would need to be involved at some point.
It just seems that if the grandparents were taking responsibility they would want and need all the paperwork with i’s dotted and t’s crossed.
Also, this is when the ‘narrative’ story would have had to have been fixed in Hawaii records if it were not before. Even if the birth records did not list a father (i.e. why there are fields with the ‘9’ in the father fields indicating - ‘not stated’) these would have been ‘filled in’ in 1971 to ensure Obama Senior was fully recognized as the father.
Hawaii officials may have monkeyed with the records in 1971. Nothing to do with Article II, Section 1 but to help get a kid in danger out of a dangerous situation in a hot spot country.

There are many dots that can be connected to validate what you state.
I don’t believe I said “Obama, Jr. was NEVER a Kenyan citizen.” Don’t forget, it’s entirely possible Malcolm X or Frank Davis (not Barack Sr.) is Barack’s real father. Barack Jr. looks nothing like Sr. IMO, it’s more likely X is bammy’s dad since bammy’s mom was a ‘bleepin’ bleep’.
Barry was a little "@ss" in Indonesia too. Remember him saying he wanted to be King of Indonesia? He wasn't liked by the Other kids and I understand that they treated him badly. He was probably rather unhappy, and Ann was probably having rowes with Lolo, so she probably felt it was best for Barry to go live with Grandma and Grandpa.
And be sure to include with all the politicians the military brass who have “honored” Obama especially those that railroaded the doctor.

It pretty clearly states that the child must be born of Parents who are in Obedience to the King. I will point out that the mention of Loyal Parents comes before the mention of where the child is born, thereby establishing which criteria was considered the more important.
It is just as good of proof as relying on that same newspaper writer to establish that Ann was dead, and therefore there must be another "Ann."
But we don't need a newspaper column full of errors to figure out this one thing. No girl is going to want to be called "Stanley."
If your name was "Stanley Ann, would you want to be called "Stanley" or would you want to be called "Ann"? The notion that she preferred to be called "Ann" has the ring of truth about it. The alternative is quite contrary to human nature.
Have you read Jack Cashill's book on the subject? Last I checked it was full of confirmation regarding these basic facts. Off the top of my head, I believe the University of Hawaii has some corroborating documents.
It would help if he were smarter. Anybody who's spent any amount of time observing Obama knows he's not terribly bright. His hardcore fans believe he's very intelligent, but they are not [I don't say this to be mean or snarky] the sharpest knives themselves. It doesn't take much to fool or impress them. [This goes, btw, even more for his white sycophants than for those ‘of color’. I've never seen such embarrassing hero worship of any politician by, for the most part anyway, white people, than I've seen of Obama. Even Stalin's most ardent fans would be ashamed.]
Heaven knows Obama has made many slip-ups as he negotiates the maze of lies his Malignant Narcissism has created. His kneepad press covers for him, and his Obots lap it up. As the pressure mounts, however [thank you, Sheriff Joe and Mike Zullo; may God bless and keep you both] his mistakes will proliferate. Obama’s jig is already up; he just doesn't know it yet.
