I follow Southeast Asia news because my wife is from Laos, and this story broke in the Hmong news today:

I sent that article to the Willis ISD congratulating them on shaming themselves. Both the school district (money for students) and the judge (I know what’s best and I don’t care about your story) are to blame for this. I wish I could do something concrete.

Let’s see what happens on Tuesday morning.
