Ex-Penn State coach Sandusky's children's charity The Second Mile to fold (n/p pedophile hook-up)

The children's charity at the center of the child molestation case against Penn State coach, Jerry Sandusky, will fold....requesting court approval to transfer its programs to Houston-based Arrow Child & Family Ministries.

A grand jury report indicated Sandusky met his alleged victims through The Second Mile, which he founded in 1977 to help disadvantaged children. The former Penn State defensive coordinator is accused of molesting 10 boys over a 15-year period. He will stand trial June 5.

Around $2 million in current cash assets will be transferred to Arrow to fund programs in Pennsylvania for up to two years. The Second Mile will continue as a legal entity and will continue to cooperate fully with any investigations.

Longtime PS Coach Paterno was fired----and other PS insiders---- were not unduly alarmed at Sandusky's pedophilia activities. Probably there were regular "densitization" classes held at PS----under the guise of "erasing discrimination".......with a hidden agenda to make child sex acceptable.

I was hoping Sandusky's "Charity" sued somebody---b/c that would open them up to the legal process of "discovery." Visions of fraud, embezzlement, conspiracy, racketeering, concealment, criminal civil rights violations, various felony charges against Spanier, Sandusky, and other PS perverts, are dancing in my head.

Alleged Offenses could include Violation of Title 18 U.S.C. §241 – Conspiracy Against Constitutional Rights – which prohibits in relevant part, “two or more persons (from conspiring) to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory,Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same . . .” See, 18 U.S.C. §241.

MILLION IN STATE AND FEDERAL EDUCATION GRANTS WERE CONTROLLED BY GRAHAM SPANIER We need to determine the extent of PS's federal, state and local government grants which emanate from an assortment of governmental entities. Besides the DOE, grants could have been issued by the EPA and DOJ for various campus projects----including monies private Foundations from a variety of private charitable organizations AND funding from more traditional sources, such as corporate and private foundations.
