The problem with your Massachusetts example is that ANY conservative as nominee in the PRESIDENTIAL election would win. PERIOD.

Well since no one conservative has been able to garner the majority of votes in the primaries, whether they be the one in MA or the national ones, your contention is moot.

We will have a choice between a pure and unrepentant Marxist, and a Republican who is more statist than many of us might like, but would, without question, be better for the economy than the current occupant of the White House. I, for one, will not wake up on the day after the election with regrets. Even though he wasn't my choice in the MA Repub. primary, I will vote for Romney, instead of Obama, come November.

Meh...

We DONT have to settle for Romney. We CAN get rid of the SOB at the convention.

Oh... You WILL wake up with regrets. Either the day after the election when you and the GOP-e find out there was no F’ing way in hell that the conservative base was going to vote for their socialist.

Or

When you “find out” for yourself that you voted for a socialist POS that is going to carve robomney care in STONE thanks to the republicans in congress who wont fight a GOP President.

ugh.. f’ing romney hacks...
