Are they the Neo-Cons that the CIA operative Wm Buckley brought in to replace the Race Realist Conservatives, the bulwark against the Balkanization of the Western Culture. It has catagorically refused to deal with the national question in America, and rarely deals with immigration. Instead it imports writers from the Nation to write on foreign policy ad gets writers to sill for Ralph Nader in 2004 and Barack Obama in 2008.

Then we have the John Birch Society conspiracy loons you seem to like. The people support Ron Paul, who believes in no immigration restrictions. The JBS utopians want to get rid of illegals and reduce immigration without an iota more Federal or State power. That isn't policy. That's the complacency of delusion and the fall back of conspiratorial thinking when reality hits.

Let me be perfectly blunt, the fever swamps of conspiracy and magical thinking have turned paleoconservativism and Bircherism into the handmaiden of the left on the immigration issue, by making themselves irrelevant. No CIA money was needed.
