From the article...
DC vice president Bob Wayne likened DC's change in tune to President Obama's shift on gay marriage, explaining that DC's policy has evolved, the report says.

Yep, even has a great big ol'

“I hope sales go down 90%.”
Does anyone actually read these things anyway? If not for these stories I would have never known comic books were still being printed...

“Kids read super hero comics.”
I honestly didn’t know that; I can’t believe they can compete with video games and Harry Potter. I never see comic books for sale anywhere, so I just assumed it was 50 year-olds with nothing better to do that were re-living their childhoods that were the target audience. I remember seeing some in a barbershop when I was kid (around 1980), and those books were old back then. I thought these had gone the way of Atari...

Ick - if this were the old school DC, my money would be on Robin. Wearing those bikini undies well into adulthood just warnt right.

So it’s not Lois that keeps Clark at the Daily Planet. It’s been that Jimmy fellow all along.

There’s a bondage subtext in Wonder Woman; I think the subtext here is rapidly becoming text.

I don’t remember them being popular with kids when I was in grammar school (late 1970s, early 1980s), so I always thought of them as something kids had enjoyed a few years earlier.
