I dont need a waiver to obtain and release my BC - why does Barry need to send a team of lawyers to Hawaii to do it? That must have cost a few bucks... I only need to get together $12 to get mine (online- didnt even need to go there)
He was adopted. Common practice to have papers sealed. Waiver IMO was to open ALL papers. Probably found more than he bargained for.
