Only a judge can consent to have sealed adoption records unsealed. There wouldn’t be any waiver he could sign that would do that. Unless he issued an executive order, or something. God knows he’d never live by the same laws as the rest of us peons.

the “He was adopted” argument dfoes not apply here

he was not adopted out of an orphanage into t anew family, he stayed with his maternal family- there would be no reason to ‘seal’ his records-

I know about this- I adopted my wife’s sons when we got married- we still have their original BC’s
