That means Hillary will be the candidate. I guess some folks won't stop fearing Hillary until she's dead and buried in the grave.
She is not going to be the Democrat nominee. She isn't even going to try, and will not accept if they begged her to, which they won't.
She's a washed up old has-been, who's throwing out every signal that she just wants out of the game. She's even on record as saying that she's got no further goals in politics, and is only looking to serve out her term as Secretary of State.
