Stupid choices in what a person wears when they leave the house does not make anyone "fair game".
Now, having said that, I will also observe that stupid people tend to experience more unfortunate events than smart people. Just sayin'.

Time to cover the boobs. Can’t show anymore than they have over the years. Why do people who protest think showing their boobs is effective? All people do is take photos and laugh. Guess you have to be that INSECURE that you could actually walk around like that. It’s so been done...
