In order to build a voting majority, the Democrats cobble together a disparate little army of groups that, except for the big tent where all the weirdos go, don't really like each other.

I've always said that sooner or later they will self-Balkanize and dissolve into infighting at the slightest opportunity. And watching the presidency of "Old Hope'n'change" crumble after one term is going to be too much to take.

The NAACP now presents itself as a counterbalance to the influence of the traditionally socially conservative black church.

As Rush always says, it should be called the NAALCP; the National Association for the Advancement of LIBERAL Colored People.

I wonder if the average black person will finally give some thought as to just what this group does, or does not, do for them.
