A verification need not be a complicated document, but to supply a paper legal document with a raised seal that is a forgery would implicate/ensnare Onaka in the trap of having to vouch or not vouch for the letter of verification if the Arizona SOS challenges it.

Good point. Onaka has tried to remain hidden in all this. He may well be the one who is balking at the illegality of it all.
But Onaka also knows that what Obama posted cannot be what they’ve got in their office, if previous HDOH and OIP responses have been accurate.
And Onaka is allowing his office to use a registrar’s stamp with TXE instead of THE in order to try to cover for Obama’s forged long-form. So even he will have some major answering to do if this thing breaks open.
I have spoken with a supervisor in Onaka’s office and from the comments he made and his laughter it sure seems like he knows that Janice Okubo is the dragon sitting on the treasure who’s lying to the world on Obama’s behalf.
