In the world of law, circumstantial evidence is enough to convict. Therefore, in the case of Romney, I believe his deeds rather than his words, and reluctantly answer "no".
There are those who have chosen to surrender to the Romney wing of the Republican Party in the belief that they will be better able to fight another day. This is their choice; I cannot dissuade them. Some of them reflect their candidate in resorting to the personal in their criticisms as 'battered spouse' conservatives who believe that, if they just wish hard enough, the national party will come to its senses and stop beating them.
There are those of us who have quite simply had enough abuse by their national party. It's an unfortunate thing to say, but I believe that this election cycle has placed Libertarians (the Paul wing) closer to controlling the Republican Party than conservatives.
The moderate elites, who still maintain their control against all comers, are laughing their heads off. And giving us Romney.
NO.
I am truly sick. and. tired. of the manipulations from the elites. :\
