Trayvon Martin Had Drugs in System, Autopsy Found

Trayvon Martin, the 17-year-old who was shot and killed by a neighborhood watch volunteer, had the drug THC in his system the night of this death, according to new information obtained by ABC News.

The revelation came as prosecutors in the case prepared to release to the public hundreds of pages of new evidence along with videos and crime scene photos.

Martin's death sparked public outrage after police released Martin's shooter, George Zimmerman, without any criminal charges for the killing.

Zimmerman, 28, is a multi-racial Hispanic man who shot the black high school junior at close range on Feb. 26, and claimed self-defense, though Martin was unarmed. Zimmerman was later charged with second-degree murder, and the killing provoked widespread debate about racial profiling.

THC is non toxic, and has more of an introspective sedating effect. In all of recorded history NO ONE has EVER died of a cannabis overdose.

THC’s not the drug, it’s the metabolite of cannabis.

No, THC is the active ingredient of the plant cannabis; inert metabolites of THC are what get detected in drug tests (which BTW is why failing a pot drug test is irrelevant to one's current mental state).

Trayvon’s drug use fits with a violent attack.

THC is present in many killers and violent criminals,and career criminals.

THC is almost a given among the violent class of criminals in America, not meaning that they are changed by it, but that they choose it and use it.

My pothead neighbours (aeons ago) would spend all night doing bong hits, chowing down on whatever, and giggling like little girls.

I knew some guys that built a "power hitter" from a 5gal. water bottle (home delivery water cooler style). Several yards of tygon tubing and a lathe turned bowl with a screw cap that had a fitting for an air hose. Compressed air was supplied by a mid sized aquarium pump. The apparatus was very efficient at burning through your stash. It worked great wet or dry.
