In the cover for a 1991 booklet, President Obama is billed as ‘the first African-American president of the Harvard Law Review, (who) was born in Kenya and raised in Indonesia and Hawaii.’
‘It is evidence – not of the President’s foreign origin, but that Barack Obama’s public persona has perhaps been presented differently at different times.’
President Obama released his birth certificate to the public last April. He said during a press briefing at the time that he was ‘puzzled at the degree to which this thing just keeps going on.’ He said: ‘We’ve had every official in Hawaii, Democrat and Republican, every news outlet that has investigated this, confirm that, yes, in fact, I was born in Hawaii, August 4, 1961, in Kapiolani Hospital.’
The internet took to the Breitbart story like wildfire, with both the left and right coming up with heated responses to the article. Media Matters for America, a politically progressive watchdog group, called the article ‘the latest instalment of the self-serious and wildly incompetent Breitbart.com-let “vetting” of President Obama.’ They point out an article published February 6, 1990 in the New York Times, which declares that Mr Obama, 28, was elected as the first black president to The Harvard Law Review. It read: ‘His late father, Barack Obama, was a finance minister in Kenya and his mother, Ann Dunham, is an American anthropologist now doing fieldwork in Indonesia. Mr Obama was born in Hawaii.’ Mr Obama submitted a book proposal to Simon & Schuster imprint Poseidon Press worth more than six figures in November 1990. The book, tentatively called Journeys In Black And White, was later abandoned for the autobiography Dreams From My Father.

This is a big story. Despite what the left and media would have us believe, this is huge. The circumstantial evidence is reaching the tipping point of being overwhelming. There is a high likelihood that the birthers have been right all along.
Oddly it is the left who are most at risk from the damage. Any future president could remove Sotomayor and Kagan from the bench, and all other Federal judges appointed by Obama. There would be no recourse from the courts against this move because if Obama is legally ineligible the courts themselves would be the corrupted entity.
The next president (or any future president) could also simply void all of Obama’s legislation without intervention from the courts. It would take an impeachment to overturn the rulings of said future president. And that might be a hard one to pulloff considering evidence would need to be presented to prove his U.S. birth. Something that has so far eluded Mr. Obama.
At some point even the halfwitted likes of Brian Williams and Diane Sawyer would have to realize that this man may very well have been born in Kenya, and in fact is not eligible to hold the office of President. When they face that realization they may realize that the person most duped and abused in all of this was in fact the talking heads of the media.
It’s kind of priceless in a way to observe someone so obviously devoid of either character or intelligence founder around this issue.
If nothing else the media should be on him for misrepresentation.

I don’t know for certain, but seeing as how this particular administration has been operating, I would be willing to bet real money that the various NEWS media including FOX have been threatened with FCC sanctions if any of this stuff ever gets repeated by them.
Maybe he and Elizabeth Warren could do a Dual News Conference. Can You Imagine if this was George Bush and He had signed an Executive order sealing all his Records? Everytime he walked out of the White House He would be hounded with Questions Like are you a United States Citizen? Are you going to Cause a Constitutional Crisis? Why dont you Produce your records? This is Pathetic
Whether he was born in Hawaii or Kenya, Obama has claimed both at various times to advance himself, and both cannot be true. This story, at the least, shows BO’s utter lack of veracity.

Those who worship him say “He was elected and that proves he’s eligible”. I actually had one tell me that.
None of this matters. If the main stream press, including FOX, simply ignore it, it will go away.
