Finally, something I agree with you on.
But it will never happen. The SCOTUS will avoid the issue for the same reason that the Republicans avoided the issue. For the same reason the Hillary avoided the issue in the primaries in 2008.
They all are, or did, avoid this issue for the same reason - if Obama is shown to be not eligible for the office of POTUS, is could honestly start a civil war.
Look at how Obama, and the left are dividing the whites and blacks, and the rich and poor, 1% and 99%.... We are becoming a much more divided nation. I believe part of the reason this is happening is to put the country in a position that those in the position to rule Oboma ineligible, will not do so for the good of the country.
