But it will never happen. The SCOTUS will avoid the issue for the same reason that the Republicans avoided the issue. For the same reason the Hillary avoided the issue in the primaries in 2008.

They all are, or did, avoid this issue for the same reason - if Obama is shown to be not eligible for the office of POTUS, is could honestly start a civil war.

Look at how Obama, and the left are dividing the whites and blacks, and the rich and poor, 1% and 99%.... We are becoming a much more divided nation. I believe part of the reason this is happening is to put the country in a position that those in the position to rule Oboma ineligible, will not do so for the good of the country.

I agree with you. The courts are reluctant to take up the issue and undo the results of an election, especially of the first black President who is also a Nobel Prize winner. It would be an ignominious end for Obama and incite a powerful reaction by the race baiters.

The only way the courts would take up the issue is if there arises irrefutable proof that Obama is not eligible, e.g., he was born abroad, his birth certificate provided by the WH and the state of Hawaii is a forgery, Obama is holding an invalid SSN, etc. Someone with standing needs to raise the issue. AZ is headed that way.
