Donna Summer, disco singer,.has died.of cancer at the age of 63 in Florida.

I read that Elton John complained about this, and apparently it is true: Donna Summer is not in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

Apparently she has been nominated for 2012:

This is ridiculous. Of course she belongs in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. She should have been inducted a long time ago.

I never slept alone during that period and "Got Plenty"....

Disco sucked so much that it filled clubs nationwide for years.

Guess one had to be looking for DISCO clubs. I had other things to do - like skiing around the world, going on archeological digs, castle hopping in Europe.....

I was not much of a dancing guy, but the club was the place to be.

No comment...

Donna Summer was one of the better, more successful ones.
