The new medical reports on the George Zimmerman/Trayvon Martin case tell us a lot. And it is not just for what they find, but also what they don’t find.
First, the reports provide striking evidence that Zimmerman did not start the fight with Martin, and that Zimmerman shot Martin in self-defense. Martin’s injuries were two-fold: broken skin on his knuckles and the fatal gunshot wound.
Zimmerman’s injuries involved: a fractured nose, a pair of black eyes, two lacerations to the back of his head and a minor back injury.
It takes considerable force to break the skin on multiple knuckles. The large range of injuries on Zimmerman indicates that the Martin’s attack was prolonged. But here is what is missing: where are the injuries to Zimmerman’s hands? Where are the bruises on Martin’s face or other parts of his body? . . .

Self Defense While White or Part White = The Ultimate Hate Crime
Zimmerman, the racist semi white/part Hispanic with African blood in his evil face, nose and eyes obviously attacked the innocent hoodie, who could have been a son of Obozo.
With Zimmerman’s doctor’s report re damage to Zimmerman’s face, and the cororner’s report on Martin’s body it is obvious:
The evil part white/hispanic/African in a blatant act of self defense, attacked the now dead black victim’s fists with his broken nose and damaged/black eyes.
The poor innocent hoodie, who could have been a bastard son of Obozo died from the terrible wounds inflicted on his hands/fingers from the vicious act of self defense by the evil face of Zimmerman, the semi white/part hispanic/African America .

Exactly, a hate crime is a thought crime. They don’t have to prove any illegal action, just that Zimmerman was a hater. They might have trouble with that, too, though, since Zimmerman is in fact, part Black.
That makes this a Black on Black crime, doesn’t it?
zimmerman did stop following, according to accounts, but then Trayvon showed up and challenged Zimmerman.
They'll just go ahead and convict and imprison the white part of him, and the black part will just have to go along for the ride.

you are correct...that is the same report i heard...also Z was returning to his car and was jumped from behind. Martin was not on the sidewalk when Z saw him,he was between buildings at the apartment part of the complex. That would make anyone wonder why he was there looking around.( a report from a local paper)
If you bothered listening to the dispatcher tapes, you’d hear the dispatcher ASK GZ to tell him where he (the perp) is; GZ then gets out of his car and begins to look for him so he can report back.

wrong again. listen to the recordings. the dispatcher asked him where TM went. you immediately here the car door open and then GZ says ‘f’in cold’. The dispatcher asks ‘are you following him’? and GZ says yes. The dispatcher says ‘we don’t need you to do that’.
The point being the dispatcher KNEW he asked GZ to give him the locale and when he found out GZ was actually looking for him the dispatcher said what he said.
Excellent analysis. The state needs anything to prove Zim acted violently or threateningly. If there were a smidgin of evidence Zim used a “fighting word,” we would have heard about it by now by the inflamed Justice Bros et al. I don’t know what they could come up with for actual evidence Zim instigated.
Asking someone what they are doing here, even in a rough tone of voice, is not reason to attack. Unless you are a thug. If Trayvon was a polite person he’d be alive today. “just going to my dad’s house, sir. It’s right down that way.”. He would not have been shot.

Yeah, and the wallet to support un-founded prosecution for Hate Crime or Civil Right's Violation, to pay your Legal Fees to fight it. CCW is the best thing that's happened for Castle Doctrine and Self-Defense purposes, IMHO. It doesn't mean some ambulance-chaser or a Jesse Jackass/Al Sharptoon won't be marching on your street, but it DOES protect you.
What is important to note, is that F.S. 776.041(2)(b) presumes that the “provocation” includes “physical contact.” However, based on the evidence that is public thus far, there is no evidence that Zimmerman initiated “physical contact.” What is more, there is no precedent in Florida law indicating that conduct short of “physical contact” provides justification for the use of force, or amounts to “provocation.”

It is at that point that Zimmerman “broke off” his following of young master Traytable and was walking back to his vehicle. At some point along the way, Traytable blindsided/suckerpunched him.
(Another Freeper coined the “Traytable” nickname for Martin and I stole it.)
Big Lib Media had been waiting for a tragedy like this for a long time. They thought they had a lead pipe cinch case: a white bigot saw a black kid walking through his neighborhood, ran up to him and gunned him down in cold blood. Now as the facts emerge, that scenario has been turned upside down. Once again, for the umpteenth time, BLM has egg on its face. This will not stop the race baiters from trying to lynch Zimmerman, but now it will be a lot more difficult for the lynch mob to kill him.
You’re making some unwarranted suppositions. We still don’t know if Zimmerman confronted Martin or not. Don’t make the assumption that event d happened if you can’t prove a,b, and c occurred first.
