WILLARD M. ROMNEY
THE RAT AND HORROR
CONNECTION
I would like to propose, as matter of political strategy, that all of those who are opposed to the dark shadow of godlessness, rebellion, i.e. RINOism that Willard M. Romney is casting upon the once bright landscape of the Republican Party, and it was a bright landscape during the Ronald Reagan years, that is for sure, that we make a simple change in our communication strategy.
I see that most FreeRepublic members have stopped helping the homosexual movement advance their agenda by dropping the use of their propaganda term "gay", as homosexuals are the most miserable people on the planet, always gasping for breath, in terms of public support, because their sense of self-worth is in a constant state of melt-down.
I would propose the same change in the way we refer to Romney. We should stop using the word "Mitt" as this is a beloved baseball term, and denotes that the person can catch the ball that is thrown to him, which is a blatant falsehood when it comes to Romney. The Lord God has thrown the ball of obedience to Romney on many occasions, even soft lobs over home plate, and he has dropped the ball every time.
Instead of "Mitt" we should just spell out his name as it was given to him at birth. Willard M. Romney.
The name Willard is not a beautiful name. And that matches Romney's rebellious heart. So we move closer to the truth by calling him by his first name.
Moreover, in the deep, and even the not-so-deep, recesses of American memory, people associate the term "rat" and the quality of horror with the name "Willard" because there was a 1971 movie by that name, which was actually redone under the same name "Willard" in 2003. Google "Willard" and this comes up at the top.
Willard had an army of rats that he unleashed on his enemies. Hmmm ... that sounds eerily similar to what Romney has actually done in this campaign.
The association between the name "Willard" and rats and horror is fairly strongly entrenched in the American psyche.
While I would never call anyone a "rat", clearly Romney is accurately described as a horror to those who believe in safeguarding American traditional values, and an additional horror when it comes to the ease at which he could destroy, through lies, the reputation of good conservatives, Gingrich and Santorum, and become so quickly the choice of the Republican Party for President even when everybody knows this individual was totally Anti-Regean.
I mean if the Republican Party ever had a hero, it was Ronald Reagan, and Romney was an enemy of Reagan. This is certainly a horror that Romney could so easily rip the heart out of the Republican Party, and entice so many people to gather around him to lap up the blood spilled all over the floor.
So please, whenever we need to mention Romney, I would encourage all who are interested in saving the soul of the Republican party, to please drop the "Mitt" and spell it out, WILLARD M. ROMNEY.
(And ask people to Google the name "Willard").
The Word of God tells us that homosexuality is an abomination. Williard M. Romney supports all aspects of the homosexual agenda. That means his heart is in a state of rebellion against God.
Gingrich and Santorum both oppose the homosexual agenda on every point. Their hearts are in a state of obedience to the Law of God.
"O God, Please release your awesome power to help those who advocate obedience to your laws to reach the highest office in the Land."
A prayer that is worded in such a way that shows God the person has studied his Word, and agrees with it, and serves God's will therefore, is pleasing in His Sight, and has a high potential of being answered along those same lines.
Dude! In these crazy days you are taking the crazy to new heights!
What have I posted that is a quote from JimRob? Seriously. My ideas and my words are my own, and I am responding directly to others on this thread.
As for "troll like insults against good conservative freepers", FReeper please! Nobody in the history of FR has been more consistently trollish over a more sustained period than the anti-Romneys.
I would love for there to be honest, rational conversation and analysis of the "vote Romney" vs. "vote neither" question. I have been asking for this and trying to start it for weeks, ever since Romney became the prohibitive favorite for the nomination (i.e. well before the incoherent and insufficient "truce").
It is not the ABO faction who are predominantly making communication and comity impossible here on FR.
So direct the crazy hose at someone else, pal!
Zero is running explicitly as a leftist. Romney is running as a conservative.
Thus voting for Romney is not the same thing as voting for Zero.
He simply isn't popular. He has to realize that by now.
It really doesn't matter if you check off all the technical items if, in the end, you simply don't have the base of your party interested in your outcome in the election.
He's a smart guy ~ he knows we need a winner ~ not someone like himself who simply cannot figure out why anyone should vote for him.
If Ronald Reagan was around today what do you think he would do?
I KNOW he would back Mitt Romney and you would not find him on this stupid thread.
I guess this thread is some kind of death rattle for those who do not accept reality
Romney appeared at Liberty University on Saturday and said that he believes that marriage is between one man and one woman.
Thus what you say here is false.
Mitt can just drop out now.
Bwahahahahaha. Romney and the GOP hate the Tea Party.
He's not been a passive element in the extension of homosexuality to our civil and religious institutions and beliefs.
You said that no one likes him.
What you said is false.
False and true are two different things.
True is good.
False is not good.
2 John 1:9 Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son. 10 If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him God speed: 11 For he that biddeth him God speed is partaker of his evil deeds.
"Behold, the LORD's hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear: But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear." Isaiah 59:1-2
Gideon cries out in Judges 6:13 in anger against God, but now the LORD hath forsaken us, and delivered us into the hands of the Midianites. Was God being unjust? Not one bit, Gideon was blind to the wickedness of his nation. Back in Judges 6:1 we read, "And the children of Israel did evil in the sight of the LORD: and the LORD delivered them into the hand of Midian seven years."
Pray that our leaders and others turn from their wicked ways but dont pray for them to be blessed or for this nation to be blessed until they turn back to God.
Another proud re-elect Obama post. They are getting old.
He won't.
dont vote for liars, con-artists and Socialists like Willard.
Really? who is the king of the anti-Romneys? When JR labels Romney as a liar, a socialist, a con artist, and says he will not vote for him, and you label that proof that he and all freepers that believe that are pro-Obama, then why don't you ping him to your claims?
If your posting style is going to be pure troll like attacks, then get it out into the open, ping the big guy who refuses to vote for Obama and posts that.
Admit it now, even you don’t “like the guy” ~ he’s not likeable, he can’t command the respect of over half the party ~
If they don't conform, beat them.
Being liked is not important. Being respected is what counts.
Craziness and dishonesty will never command respect.
woofie says, “If Ronald Reagan was around today what do you think he would do? .... I KNOW he would back Mitt Romney ...”
This statement is really a gush of inky black delusion.
Romney turned a gold shoulder to Ronald Reagan during the whole stretch of the Reagan Presidency. Romney stands for nothing that Reagan stood for. If Reagan were alive today, he would endorse people that have a similar respect for traditional values. That would either be Santorum or Gingrich. He would certainly endorse the uniting and resurrection of their campaigns at this point.
