President Obama’s illegal-alien uncle is once again a fully legal Massachusetts driver, reclaiming his license this afternoon after serving a 45-day suspension he agreed to as part of a plea deal in a drunken-driving rap.
Onyango Obama, 67, walked into the Registry of Motor Vehicles’ Worcester branch about 2:30 this afternoon and walked out moments later with a new license, according to RMV spokeswoman Sara Lavoie. Obama had been driving for about a month and a half on a hardship license, which allowed him to get behind the wheel only during certain hours.
“The hardship restriction was lifted today as allowed by law,” Lavoie said.
Obama has held a Massachusetts license since at least the early 1990s, officials say; the RMV does not check immigration status and Obama did have a valid Social Security number as required.

I still posit that even if he has a valid social security number, it was acquired fraudulently. In any case why shouldn't the MASS DMV check the visa status of applicants?
Once you have a SS #, it is not hard to get anything you need from Uncle Sugar, including a voting card.
1) They know he's illegal and he gets a 45 day's limited driving suspension on a DUI where he almost hit a cop so he can get to the liquor store he works at ... but now he's "fully legal".
2) Walks into a DMV and comes out moments later? People have starved to death or died of old age in DMV lines ... good to have friends in high places.
3)Hardship provision dumped as quickly as the law allows?
4) How does an illegal immigrant have a valid SSN?
Lastly, as far as I can tell nobody in this Obama family is here legally. Sigh.

Yes, there at least was a time when it was official MA policy to assign fraudulent SS numbers to illegals in order to help them get all levels of government benefits. I think it was started by Dukakis.
