MSNBC host Chris Matthews is using President Obama's old "evolving" motto for his gay marriage stance against black Bishop Harry Jackson (and relgious leaders in general), who stands firmly against marriage that isn't between one man and one woman.
"I hope you evolve."
(Video at link)
We hope that Matthews will evolve into a human being but are not holding our breath
Amen. Matthew's opinion on God should evolve.
The State doesn't have the power of God.The Supreme has been on a long slog to remove any traces of Christianity from the land. As a pagan society they can define marriage however they wish. However Christians should always say sacramental marriage to reflect the union of man and woman as God intended.
Speak ... er, Look homeward ... for yourself ... Angel.
I am speaking from personal experience. There is only one standard for what is truly right and when compared to that standard we are all totally corrupt.
You forget...
You are dealing with people who REALLY BELIEVE that “The State is Mother, The State is Father, The State is above all things!”
Look who has devolved, degenerated, degraded, decayed, deviated, declined, defiled, debased, ... exchanging the truth of God for a lie.
You are rowing against the vast tide of Scripture thinking like that.
... is little more than a drop in recent time.
A Middle-aged White Guy looks at a Black man on national TV, and says “I hope you EVOLVE!”, and not ONE SINGLE CRY OF RACISM from the Democrat Race Hustlers.
I WONDER WHY....
Well if you don’t believe in the Bible I can’t help you.
A FreeRepublic search on codeword "TBN" is recommended.
I have no idea what you are talking about. Who said anything about cashing in on the Bible? TBN is the heresy network. It has nothing to do with me. I reject it and anything else having to do with charismania.
I merely said that doing right in your own eyes is the road to Hell. And I’ve got the overwhelming weight of Scripture on my side in support of that statement, yet you disagreed.
