Thanks very much, Kathy! She did not get breakfast in bed. I was originally going to cook Eggs a La Nouvelle Orleans for breakfast. Instead we decided to go to Church first. Afterwards, one thing led to another, shopping, planting, and so forth and I ended up cooking it for dinner. It was excellent - but labor intensive. I was working on it for about an hour and a half between cutting, sauteeing, poaching, and baking. Mrs. MacNessa liked it - I guess it's a keeper.
I hope everything is going well for you. Sorry I didn't get my usual Sunday offerings up - I haven't been online all day.

Listen, O isles, unto me; and hearken, ye people, from far; The LORD hath called me from the womb; from the bowels of my mother hath he made mention of my name. (Isaiah 49:1 KJV)
