Sure. No problem there. But that’s not my point. Heck, he’s even admitting he’s of a different faith. He, as a Mormon, is saying to a Christian audience “People of different faiths, like yours and mine,”.

I’m not saying Mormons are some vile, evil thing. Nor do I dislike them. They are free to believe as they will and I’m 100% fine with that. I’m saying that they are not Christian by the definition of the term. That’s all. Mitt seems to agree.

You know by defining Christianity by a 4th century creed leaves out the early Christians as they had no creed to go by at the time, but they thought they were Christians. I guess they thought wrong.

Unless someone accepts the sacrfice of Jesus Christ they are not christian. It is not complicated or hard to figure out. You either are or you aren’t a christian.

Mormons claim to be Christians and part of the Judeo-Christian tradition. In any event, I don't think it matters whether Romney is a Mormon or not in terms of being qualified to be President. He seems to be a decent, principled person who has a loving and good family and who has led a good life.

They are free to believe as they will and I’m 100% fine with that.

I am glad you support the First Amendment of the Constitution and are charitable enough not to prohibit Mormons the free exercise of their religion. But you know something, it is not up to you to decide whether it is fine or not. Mormons have the inalienable right to worship as they please. And so does everyone else in this country.
