Businessman Says He Lost Hundreds of Customers After Attacks by Obama Campaign
Obama's enemies list is working
Businessman Frank Vandersloot, the CEO of Melaleuca, has been targeted by the Obama campaign after donating money to Mitt Romney's presidential campaign. "Three weeks ago, an Obama campaign website, 'Keeping GOP Honest,' took the extraordinary step of publicly naming and assailing eight private citizens backing Mr. Romney," Kim Strassel of the Wall Street Journal reported.
Titled 'Behind the curtain: a brief history of Romney's donors,' the post accused the eight of being 'wealthy individuals with less-than-reputable records.' Mr. VanderSloot was one of the eight, smeared particularly as being 'litigious, combative and a bitter foe of the gay rights movement.'"
The attacks are working. Vandersloot revealed in an interview on Fox News that his business practice is being hurt by the attacks from the Obama team.
"Those people that I know well weren't affected by this [attack]," said Vandersloot. "But for people who didn't know me, who are members of our business or customers, and they were reading this, then we got a barrage of phone calls of people cancelling their customer memberships with us."

Joe the Plumber was the first private citizen they launched attacks on. They will never stop doing it I think.
Since running for PRESIDENT anyways
Once the gay mafia gets hold of something, katy bar the door. I believe every word of it.
“And thats why my next car or truck will be Japanese. “
It was in the news the past week that Toyota took back the sales crown for the 1st qrtr of 2012. My customer bought a Kia a few days ago and I scratched my head. He took me for a ride along the beach and it was damn quiet inside, like it was a Lexus.
I'm on my third Kia Optima. Best car I've ever owned. While they offer a top-grade warranty (100K on the power train, 60K all else, inc. emergency road service), I've never had to have any warranty work done. Never so much as a rattle or a squeak.
30-32 mpg on the road, 26-28 in town.
He got a Sorento, but he had an eye for the Optima. Later told me he got treated better there than the other dealerships. The only thing he observed was that Koreans were emotionless’ if that’s a description.
Dealerships are going to vary a lot, of course.
But I'm as pleased with my dealership here in Texas as much as I am with the car.
No Koreans involved with this one. That I know of, anyway.
My brother is a American car man. The only non US car was a Volvo he owned back in the 70s.
He was also a Jeep man. But the last Jeep Grand Cherokee was a lemon. It was always having trouble and was a real hanger queen.
The last straw was when all the system warning lights came on for no reason. He drove it to a Toyota dealer and traded it in for a new Highlander. For a man like him to buy a Japanese car is a commentary on the state of US car makers.
This is the King’s displeasure and it will grow.
We are turning into subjects.

Hussian is a public figure and president. Attacking citizens is poor form. If he attacks any one of us, he can attack us all and no one is safe.
I'm one of those people who is so upset about Mitt Romney's repeated flip-flops on abortion, homosexuality, and related issues that I frankly don't know what I'm going to do this fall. I voted for Santorum in Missouri (Gingrich wasn't on the ballot) and then after he dropped out before our district and state conventions that selected the actual delegates, did what I could quietly behind the scenes to support Gingrich.
What I was trying to say, but apparently didn't say very well, is that Obama is so extreme that he's managing to make Romney look good by comparison. I can only guess what Obama thinks he can achieve by taking radical and extreme steps like this which could have the effect of driving moderate voters into Romney's camp while at the same time making more militant conservatives like me wonder if “Anybody but Obama” really is the best way to vote since Obama is so horrible.
Does that make any more sense?
If I recall it happened during “The Summer of Recovery,” shortly after we heard about “Green Shoots!”
It may have been on Drudge; all I’m sure of is that I was in Iraq at the time.
And no, that is not “seered” into my memory. ;-P
