I relate to Glen in that he’s such a versitle axe-slinger that he can take any gig and own it. I didn’t list a fraction of his resume but tried to hit the “big-name icons”. He’s played on over 150 albums and a third of them were either solo or his own bands including L.A. Blues Authority, The Hughes - Turner Project and Hughes/Thrall. He currently suppliments his work with Black Country Communion by guesting with The Slam (Little Angel) and other European groups.
Glen had a very rough bout of cocain addiction in the early eighties that almost killed him and sidelined his career for years due to ill-health. That he was able to clean himself up and come back better than ever is remarkable ... he turns 62 years-old in August and inspires old sons like me.
Wow 62 .Hi Drumbo ((((Hugs))))
Always good to see that someone saw the light and was able to make it and still use their huge talents.
