A few days after the Toughest Sheriff in America oversaw his 60th Latino-harassing raid in the Phoenix area, the Obama administrations top civil-rights lawyer flew to Phoenix and slapped Sheriff Joe Arpaio and his office with a monumental civil-rights tort alleging rampant constitutional abuses, including widespread racial profiling of Latinos. The suit also claims the sheriff violated the civil rights of his critics by illegal retaliation that included baseless lawsuits and meritless administrative actions. Now 79, Arpaio claims hes innocent and dismisses the lawsuit as politicking by the Obama administration in an election year.

Arizona is not California, Obama. There will be no latino uprising in AZ...too many people are armed, and the illegals are lying very low.

I often wonder what and who is on those federal park lands 80 miles South of Phoenix, from where the public was banned for their own safety. It was an unresolved hanging issue several years ago.
Do you know anything more about that?

I wonder how deep the Feds went to look for arms caches? Seems they are interested more in clean up. My hunch is that the cartels have arms there and a way to get in and get them in a hurry. Given “Fast and Furious” , nothing like that would surprise me much.
