Yes. This can’t go on. I can stand up straight but when I walk, it feels like a knife is twisting in my lower back on the right side. I’ve hoarded all my pain pill re-fills for this summer and got another this morning.

At least your doctor is listening to you. It took me 4 years to get someone to do an MRI.

My favorite doctor left the area when his Dad died.

I am very fortunate He’s born and raised here and has a huge practice. He took a liking to me from the start and I consider him my best and trusted friend.

I went to a MD for over a year to resolve a lumbar problem and it was just braces and pain pills. He recommended a Chiropractor and he fixed it in the first visit and strengthened that area after a few more visits and recommended exercise.

Good doctors usually have big practices. Mine left for Beth Israel in Boston. :-(

I was told that stomach muscles have a lot to do with back support. Which didn’t help me any with herniated disks. lol
