In NYC this would be legal if the kid wasn’t forced by the parents. She could do that legally while out, say, mapping routes to abortion clinics and testing different types of condoms for mandatory sex-ed class.

I once knew a 13 year old girl who was dating grown men and would get drunk and high and sexed while passed out at other boys houses. It was pretty messed up. Nothing I could do for her, of course.
