Some people are just retarded, and can’t help it, while some people like this girl’s parents, are just monstrously cruel.
I once knew a 13 year old girl who was dating grown men and would get drunk and high and sexed while passed out at other boys houses. It was pretty messed up. Nothing I could do for her, of course.
