FBI: Border Patrol agent assaulted in La Grulla

LA GRULLA — A Mexican national faces allegations that he repeatedly kicked a Border Patrol agent in the face late Wednesday night.

Agents had been tracking a group of suspected illegal immigrants in La Grulla near Leopoldo Longoria and La Grulla streets about 10 p.m. Wednesday, according to a criminal complaint published Friday

Nunez remains in federal custody. He is the second person to be charged with assaulting a Border Patrol agent in less than two months.But illegals are harmless and seek only a better life. Mexico will attempt to flip this around and claim the illegal aliens civil rights were violated by the agent and $ 25 million, a greencard would help him overcome this.

Actually, there are a lot more “brawls”. . .its just the Border Patrol Agents are tough and usually don’t lose. So when a BP Agent gets hurt. . .it is news.
