Yes, someone sent this to me yesterday. Isn’t this EXACTLY what the IRS is supposed to be uncovering and eliminating? Guess not—they’re much more interested in finding math or compliance errors on millionaires’ returns.

The IRS is "1%" compliant with their fraud convictions.
Now I understand why the term "undocumented" is preferred by the liberal left in Washington.
When all of this is uncovered they feel safer by giving billions of our hard earned labor to "undocumenteds" rather than giving billions of our hard earned labor to "illegals".
They may be feeling a bit concerned about being tarred and feathered right about now.

Undoubtedly, the IRS is too busy hiring and training to 4,000 new agents to make sure everyone is complying with Obamacare provisions to worry about a lousy $4 billion dollars lost here and there.
My friend had to wait several hours in the office to apply for unemployment benefits. While waiting she heard a man from Nigeria applying. The government worker asked if he had kids and he said yes, a son back home with his mother (an ex wife). She told him he could get benefits for the child as well. When the worker declined, saying he didn't live here, she pushed. He said his ex was living with someone and he didn't need the benefits for his son, and she continued to push. He had to argue with her to keep him off this man's benefits package.
Who's showing them how to do this? The government workers, that's who.
The IRS has done nothing about this for several years and the problem is skyrocketing as the article says. The welfare agencies also do nothing about this. The government is a party to this fraud and theft from the American taxpayers.
Also, do you notice how the politicians and the media never say “illegal”. They always say “undocumented”. Some even say it is hate speech to use the word illegal.
Undocumented is fraudulent and dishonest in describing these people. They all have some documents. They are fraudulent documents.

These are thieves taking advantage of the lack of enforcement of the rules.
Why do the reporters refer to these fraudulent returns as taking advantage of a “tax loophole”?
There is no “loophole”.

These are Federal FELONIES. Every instance, in addition to creating ITINs for children (if they even exist) in Mexico. The Feds could send the refunds out certified mail, arrest the illegals when they sign for them, and put them away for 10 years - automatic. Instead they PAY THEM!
There’s also major fraud going on with the ‘Earned’ Income Tax Credit, and we can bet this scam is not being pursued only by illegal aliens.
One odd thing in the story; it said that Congress must act to tell the IRS what to do. That sounds like nonsense. The IRS should already have the authority to pursue any sort of fraudulent information on a return. And that falls under the executive branch.
It doesn't take long for information like this to be "on the street", once the first few fraudsters have pulled it off. I worked for a tax preparer for a time and people came in with the information written down and rubbing their hands together waiting for the instant refund check.

I’ve not heard a thing about moving our primary earlier in the process to allow conservatives a voice. Silence.
Election after election, Texas has been marginalized during the primary process.......makes one wonder.
I’m convinced, the establishment politicians want moderate/liberal candidates who will go along with the status and not rock the boat.
During tax time here in Fresno CA there are hoards of tax preparers that open their doors to the illegals to do their taxes. These businesses dress people up in statue of liberty costumes and put them out on the street corner to advertise. This theft is big business here in California because these tax prepares either charge the illegals a fee or offer them a high interest loan on the tax return. The whole process is disgusting and the fraud is so widespread. It is the largest welfare fraud and our government fails to do anything about it so you have to assume they are condoning it.
You would never see a news story investigation like this is California. The news media is afraid to upset the Hispanic community and will do anything to appease the illegals. Our own government officials have converted this country to a sand castle on a beach.
