I’ve always thought that setting fires would be one of the easiest and lowest risk ways for terrorists to cause chaos. However, it’s also one of the easiest to claim credit for, whether they had anything to do with a particular fire or not.

I've thought the same thing. There are a multitude of things they could easily do that would cause "terror". Luckily they are apparently too stupid to do them.

Wild fires don’t make that much chaos. Yeah in the effected area things are bad, but once you get away from probably evacuation zones it’s just life as usual. Seen many a fire on the mountains around Tucson, for us in the city unless you were looking at the mountain on fire you didn’t really notice.
