That was painful to watch. It was obvious that (1)Morgan hadn’t read the book (2) he was hell-bent on not allowing Goldberg to talk about his book’s premises. Imagine inviting a guest on your show so he can talk about his book, and then doing everything you can to prevent him from talking about it. No wonder Morgan’s show has been rolling down a steep slope since it began.

You see, Morgan obviously doesn't believe he's displaying a liberal bias. He is, undeniably, lying to himself -- again, vindicating Goldberg's argument.

Worship of the Holy Mother Welfare State does not necessarily imply a pro-Democrat bias. Some Democrats do not enthusiastically support the Wefare State, either, and are thus considered fair targets for MSM criticism - proving the MSM really is bipartisan. See? :)
