George Zimmerman told investigators that while he was on the phone with a Sanford police dispatcher reporting Trayvon Martin as suspicious, the teenager was circling his vehicle on foot, a source familiar with the investigation told the Orlando Sentinel.
The source said Zimmerman's account of events hasn't changed in his several statements to police — in which he said he was so unnerved by the teen's behavior that he rolled up his window to avoid a confrontation. However, he never mentioned any of that while talking to the dispatcher.
The details revealed by the source provide new insight into what Zimmerman said happened in the earliest moments of his contact with Trayvon. And they may reveal the inconsistencies alluded to by prosecutors in the case.
One of those inconsistencies: Zimmerman told police Trayvon had his hand over Zimmerman's mouth during their fight on the night he shot Trayvon.
The Sentinel's source confirmed that Zimmerman's statements include that allegation. But authorities do not believe that happened, the source told the Sentinel, because on one 911 call, someone can be heard screaming for help. If it were Zimmerman, as he claims, his cries were not muffled, the source said.
Zimmerman also told police, the source told the Sentinel, that while the two were on the ground, Trayvon reached for Zimmerman's gun, and the two struggled over it.

If Trayvon did something threatening, while Zimmerman was in the SUV, why did he put himself in further danger by getting out?
He could have phoned the cops while in the SUV and drive off, if Trayvon tried to further threaten him.
No, Mr. Chump, both are certainly possible. Trayvon's hand could have been covering Zimmerman's mouth at one point in time during the scuffle, and Zimmerman could have freed himself then screamed, or perhaps Zimmerman was screaming for help while the now dead black thug criminal was bouncing his his off the concrete, which I imagine would be more effective if done with two hands as opposed to one hand doing the bouncing while the other hand pushed down on the mouth...you G*ddamned moron.
Why didn’t Trayvon call 911 instead of talking to his girlfriend? IF he actually talked to his girlfriend. If he told her he was afraid why didn’t she call someone when she couldn’t get him to answer when she tried to call him back? I’m suspicious that he told her he was going to kick some white dude’s ass and she changed her story.

He DOES mention Trayvon acting in a threatening manner, but he’s mostly too busy answering questions to give any detailed description.

Last name the stranger. First name the friend.
Never would the headline read: “Source: George says Martin circled his SUV, frightened him”
Let me guess, his first name is Anonymous......damn, that guy gets around.
To scare all the soccer moms into voting for Obama to prevent the rioting that will occur if he loses. That’s what this is all about.
And maybe Zimmerman was salivating at the prospect of blowing a black man’s head off?

Don't forget that all of the urban crapholes where there will be riots are run by Democrats.
After the riots there will be lots of federal money to rebuild, and Obama can make sure it goes into the "right" pockets if it happens while he's still in office.
