The hilarious thing is that OBL thought that Biden, who, by the linked article was “...a Senator for Delaware for 36 years. I don’t really know what to make about this.
Biden isn’t a serious thinker. He’s all over the map on any subject of strategic import. Barry is a symbol by virtue of the fact that he is president. Simple as that.
